7 Layer Cookie

Mix together graham waffers and butter in a 9x12 cake pan.
Layer:
1 bag of chocolate chips
1 bag butterscotch chips
1/2 bag of coconut
1 can of condensed milk
Bake 350 F for 30 minutes.

Two Hour Buns

2 Tbsp instant yeast
7-8 cups flour
2 eggs
8 tbsp (1/2 cup) sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp salt
3 cups very warm water

Mix yeast in 4 cups of flour. In seperate bowl whip eggs, suger, oil, salt and water. Add flour and yeast mixture. Blend well. Add remaining flour. Let rise for 15 minutes. Form into buns. Place in greased pans and let rise about 1 hour. Bake 350 F for 15 -18 minutes.

Pizza Dough

1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast

Let stand for 10 minutes.

1 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
2 1/2 - 3 cups flour

Add to yeast mixture.

Roll out dough onto pan. Add toppings. Bake at 400 F for 15 - 20 minutes until cheese turns brown and toppings are cooked.

Granola Bars

6 cups oats

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup butter

1 cup corn syrup

2 cups brown sugar

1 cup sunflower seeds (raw)

4 tbsp sesame seeds

1 cup coconut

2/3 cup flax or wheat germ

1 cup crasins or raisins

Mix all together and pour in pan and roll with rolling pin. (I like to warm up the corn syrup and peanut butter in the microwave).

Bake at 350 for 22 minutes.

Serve warm with whip cream or cool and cut into bars.

Banana Loaf

1/2 Cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
Beat well.
Add 2 eggs & beat until fluffy.
Add 1 cup of mashed bananas (about 3 bananas), 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 cups flour.
Mix well.
Bake in a greased loaf pan @ 350 for about 60-70 minutes. Check center with toothpick.
